Pulmonary Nodules and Early-Stage Lung Cancer Symposium is meticulously planned and implemented interprofessionally by physicians, nurses, and respiratory therapists.

This activity is designed for pulmonary physicians, interventional pulmonologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and may be of interest to physician associates, and physicians of all experience levels and other healthcare professionals involved in the evaluation and management of these patients.

This live course will provide education through lectures, interactive sessions, question & answer sessions, and hands-on laboratory sessions.

The activity will highlight best practices across the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of pulmonary nodules and early-stage lung cancer, including current practice guidelines and emerging technologies and treatment approaches.

The goal of this activity is to enhance knowledge, skills and strategies, performance, and patient care in the evaluation and management of patients with pulmonary nodules and early-stage lung cancer.

1. Integrate evidence based diagnostic protocols and novel therapeutic interventions into routine clinical workflows.
2. Evaluate surgical, radiologic, and systemic treatment options to formulate tailored management plans for patients with earlystage lung cancer.
3. Identify and apply advanced diagnostic modalities for the early detection and risk stratification of pulmonary nodules.
4. Apply appropriate bronchoscopic techniques, including robotic, thin and ultrathin bronchoscopy, radial endobronchial ultrasound, EBUSTBNA, and cryobiopsy, based on clinical circumstances.
